I have been blessed with years of various business and life experience. My professional career had included many different roles from working as a licensed pharmacy technician, a legal secretary, an escrow secretary and a Notary Public. These experiences have helped me develop excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities and familiarity with the escrow process.
In our 25+ years of marriage my husband and I have moved several times, buying, selling and new construction builds. As we begin our third new home build, I will bring my past business experience and personal experience to my real estate clients.
When I am not busy with clients, I enjoy refinishing antique furniture and small woodworking projects. My husband and I enjoy road trips through the US and searching antique stores. We also enjoy spending time with family, our kids and our 2 grandkids every chance we get.
I am very eager and excited to assist you in this journey, together we will navigate the details of your transaction. My end goal is to become your trusted Real Estate partner.
Cheryl Way epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and passionate service in every detail of your real estate transaction. She has worked in multiple aspects of representing both buyers and sellers and has a dedicated team to call on to make this process seamless and stress-free as possible; whether you are needing credit repair, are a first time home-buyer and need to know the process step by step, with the perfect match of a lender or home inspector, or you are a seasoned buyer or seller and just want to get the deal written and closed. With her experience and foresight, she can proactively address details before they become a problem. When Cheryl isn't working with her clients, she is a busy mom following the rodeo circuit with the EhCapa Bareback Riders, or attending the various musical or sports activities that her children participate in. She is an avid horse person and her love of the country lifestyle is embodied in the approach she takes with life: to have the glory, you gotta take the grit. Three words you can count on from Cheryl Way: Integrity, commitment and passion.
As a real estate professional, Lindsay recognizes the value and trust her clients place in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations. Prior to entering real estate she served in the United States Air Force and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Information Science at the University of Denver. Lindsay moved to Boise nearly a decade ago to work as an Academic Librarian at Boise State where her love of helping others has led her to her true calling in real estate. This knowledge and experience has provided her with the discipline and unique set of skills to serve her clients in an exceptional and unparalleled manner. People who have worked with Lindsay in the past often describe her as detail-oriented, hard-working and altruistic.
After living in the North End, Lindsay currently resides in South East Boise with her husband Sean and their rescue dog, Ranger. She loves immersing herself in all of the natural amenities this beautiful place has to offer; hiking the Ridge to Rivers trails, tubing the Boise River in the summer, and skiing Bogus Basin in the winter.
I had the honor of growing up in a military family, with that came frequent moves. During that time, we lived in several states from the West Coast to the East Coast and other countries. I learned quickly what it took to take a house and turn it into a home.
Before becoming a Realtor, I spent 17 years in senior leadership serving those in the assisted living/senior environment. Through those years I valued the importance of building strong relationships and partnerships, clear communication and listening to the needs of my clients, gathering and providing all relevant information and most of all being an advocate to those I served. These are the same values I bring when working with real estate clients.
When not working I enjoy being out on the farm with my husband where we raise a variety of animals. We love venturing through our great state of Idaho and all it has to offer from kayaking, fishing, hiking trails and not to mention the amazing restaurants we get to experience.
